Electronic Invoice Presentment

The key to any electronic invoicing solution is the ability to be able to get 100% of invoices into electronic format regardless of the technical capabilities of the supply base. Corcentric has three proven methods that guarantee a 100% paperless AP invoice process.

Electronic Invoicing
This is the most efficient and preferred method of invoicing.Corcentric works on behalf of their customers to connect electronically with suppliers that have the ability to send invoices electronically (via EDI, XML, etc.). Corcentric takes away the need for their customers to manage technical relationships with each one of their suppliers. Instead, Corcentric uses its technical expertise and flexibility to work with whatever file format the supplier can provide.

Supplier Invoice Input
Supplier Invoice Input is intended for suppliers that do not have the capability to output invoices electronically. These suppliers are given a Web portal login and password.Their login and password gives them access to a screen where they can create an invoice. Using drop down boxes and pre-populated fields, the supplier is able to generate an electronic invoice with minimal manual entry.

Invoice Conversion Center
Corcentric’s Invoice Conversion Center is used for suppliers that cannot send invoices electronically and cannot access the Supplier Invoice Input portal. An invoice lockbox is created at the Corcentric Invoice Conversion Center for each of our customers. Suppliers mail their invoices to the lockbox. Corcentric takes the invoices from lockbox, sorts them, and converts them from paper to electronic format.

Regardless of which of the three methods is used, the customer ends up with the same result. All of their invoices are presented electronically for them to access securely via a Web portal. From that point forward, invoices are managed in a completely electronic environment.
