Corcentric creates a customizable Web portal for suppliers to post their full line-item detail invoices. Daily e-mail notifications alert the customer when they have new invoices to retrieve. Using a secure login and password the customer can quickly access the Web portal to retrieve their invoices.

Corcentric integrates directly with the supplier business/accounting system, so the process of presenting the invoices electronically is completely automated. Thus, the traditional process of printing, stuffing, stamping, and mailing invoices is eliminated. In addition, the supplier receives an electronic acknowledgment that the invoices have been properly delivered to the customer, removing the mystery and miscommunication from the AR billing process.
