Job Description
Corcentric is seeking an Implementation Coordinator for our Software as a Service (SaaS) based Accounts Payable automation solution; COR360. This challenging position will report to the Director of Client Services. The ideal candidate must possess excellent
communication skills being able to easily interact with clients and internal personnel at all levels. Working AP experience is preferred along with the knowledge of AP automation solutions. Project management skills including project planning and
documentation are essential.
The candidate must be organized, detail oriented, flexible and have the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. As needed, the candidate will be required to travel (the travel requirement maybe up to 25%).
Specific Duties
- Participate in the planning, requirement gathering, and implementation of COR360.
- Be the key liaison between the client and the implementation development team communicating client requirements, applying best practices and matching client requirements
to available product functionality.
- Conduct client project meetings, perform system demos and conduct client system training.
- Apply AP best practice knowledge to maximize the capabilities of COR360 and provide the best client experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.S. in Accounting or technical discipline.
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Project planning, management and documentation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
- Ability to prepare and conduct group presentations.
- MS Office proficiency, PCs and PC tools (Excel, Word, and Project).
- Appreciation for the importance of customer service.
- B.S. requirement may be replaced with 5+ years of AP experience along with formal AP training.
