Ed Benack brings extensive, global leadership experience in the tech industry where he has managed multiple award-winning organizations. Most recently, Ed was the Senior Vice President of Cvent’s Global Customer Success, Services, and Support organizations. Before joining Cvent, Ed was CIO and Chief Customer Officer at Acronis. He had also served as SVP of Customer Experience and Services for Monster Worldwide.
Before Monster, Ed was General Manager of Customer Service for Microsoft North America and later Asia. Prior to that, he held senior roles within Microsoft’s Information Technology Group. Prior to joining the corporate world, Ed was a US Army Officer stationed in West Germany.
He holds an MBA in Business Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University and a BA in Mathematics and Political Science from Bucknell University.
