Kevin Harrison is Vice President of Operations at Corcentric and is responsible for providing an integrated, high-touch customer lifecycle experience, while delivering Corcentric products and services. Kevin oversees all customer-facing teams that provide solutions, including business consulting, software implementation, software integration, customer care, customer success, and training services.
Kevin has more than 20 years of professional services, managed services, and customer success experience in the software industry. Prior to joining Corcentric, he was Vice President of Professional Services at Meridian Knowledge, where he developed a client success and maturity model for the growing client base. Before that, Kevin was Vice President of Professional Services at Rivermine Inc. He also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers/IBM, fulfilling multiple roles as a Principal Consultant within the Management Consulting practice.
Kevin earned his B.A. degree in Accounting Information Systems from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
