e-Attestations is a French third-party partner that helps clients ensure suppliers in the French market have the necessary certifications. e-Attestations helps simplify and secure relationships between companies and their suppliers in the context of public or private contracts.
- For suppliers: A simple and free solution for filing and updating administrative documents which are kept in a secure electronic safe at the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (a public sector French financial institution)
For companies: Ensure supplier compliance in a few seconds and easily fulfill regulatory obligations — particularly regarding compliance with the public procurement code — and reduce unreported (under the table) activities
- Integrated views within Corcentric Supplier Management that extend into other areas, including key areas like Sourcing
- Integrated and unified view of supplier risk within the Corcentric Platform; reduce data access issues by leveraging multiple data sources
- Extension of supplier performance, corporate sustainability, and wider GRC assessments to your supply base by identifying suppliers you are working with that meet your requirements
Free for Suppliers
e-Attestations is free for suppliers. They are invited to connect and create their profile on the platform by email, then add all the mandatory legal documents (KBIS, URSAFF, LNTE…) required under French law.
Supplier Legal Documents Certification
All documents provided by suppliers are reviewed and validated automatically by e-Attestations. Suppliers are notified by e-Attestations that their profiles need to be reviewed and that they have to connect to e-Attestations to update their details or expired documents.
Supplier certification status is available on the Corcentric Platform via an API integration with e-Attestations to help identify suppliers that meet legal and corporate requirements.
Why companies must rethink
their 3rd-party risk efforts:
of organizations have faced a high-impact 3rd-party risk incident in the past three years.
think budgets for managing 3rd-party risk are inadequate.
cite tools and technology to manage 3rd parties as a top focus area for improvement.
