Paris, April 22, 2021 – Corcentric, a leading provider of business spend management and revenue management software and services, announced that Arkema, a global leader in Specialty Materials, has chosen to strengthen the service provided to its users by deploying Corcentric Premium Support.

As part of its global Procurement digitization strategy, Arkema implemented Corcentric’s leading modular SaaS Procurement Solution in 2018. Corcentric Procurement was chosen for its intuitive user-friendly interface and ergonomics, and simple configurability that easily integrated the specific needs of the company.

Based on a high adoption rate and successful business outcomes using the Corcentric Procurement Solution, Arkema further bolsters its user experience with Corcentric’s Premium Support service.

Co-developed with Corcentric, this service brings a number of immediate benefits to Arkema:

  • Fast and efficient support for users
  • A dedicated multilingual support service, available 24/7
  • In-depth knowledge of the Corcentric Platform and best practices for adapting, auditing, and upgrading the application
  • Enhanced time saving for user efficiency
  • Optimized request processing

“Arkema’s administrative teams did not have sufficient resources to manage the support process between user requests and following-up with Corcentric. By outsourcing user support, administrative teams can focus on higher value-added tasks, while users benefit from dedicated, comprehensive, and direct support in the event of problems and questions.”

~ Emmanuel Canales – Goods And Services Procurement (GASP) Performance team, Arkema France

“Arkema’s teams have been a source of development ideas and we are proud to have worked with them to build and deliver Corcentric’s Premium Support service. Customers who need assistance in maintaining their solutions can rely on the expertise of our teams.”

~ Gérard Dahan – SVP EMEA Source-to-Pay, Corcentric

To date, more than 400 users are benefitting from Corcentric’s Premium Support service at Arkema. In 2021, the Group plans to extend coverage to its users based in the United Kingdom with Corcentric Premium Support in English.
