Howard Abrams
President, Sokolis
Howard is the President of Sokolis, a nationwide fuel management and fuel consulting company. He has more than 30 years of experience with fleet fuel, operations, and finance. Howard has been with Sokolis for more than 10 years helping to execute Sokolis’ mission to reduce and control their clients’ fuel spend by using fuel data analytics.
During Howard’s career, he also served as Sr. Vice President of Finance at U.S. Fleet Services, a mobile fueling company that grew to over 550 employees, 300 trucks, and $500 million in annual revenue. U.S. Fleet Services received several awards for its innovative, technology-led solutions which Howard helped to develop and implement.

Lindsay Bur
Senior Economic Analyst with the American Trucking Association
Lindsay Bur is a Senior Economic Analyst with the American Trucking Associations reporting directly to the Chief Economist. Since joining ATA in 2021, Lindsay has led the publication of numerous economic reports and stewards the collection and analysis of economic data as it relates to the trucking industry. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s in economics and a minor in statistical analysis.
Ken Davis
Founder, Greentree Advisors LLC
Ken Davis is the Founder of Greentree Advisors, a consulting company to the global vehicle industry. Prior to establishing the company in 2018, Ken spent 31 years with Eaton PLC, most recently as Vehicle Group President. During his time spent in this role, he helped generate $3.5B in group revenue, managed 46 facilities in 15 countries, and led eight joint ventures for the industrial manufacturer. With almost four decades of experience in the global vehicle industry, Ken serves as a member of several joint venture boards of directors, including Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies, Southwest Michigan First, and Gilmore Car Museum. He received a BS degree in General Management from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Kathy Fulton
Executive Director, American Logistics Aid Network (ALAN)
Kathy Fulton is Executive Director for American Logistics Aid Network (ALAN). She leads the organization in delivering logistics information, services, and equipment to support disaster response and recovery efforts. Her passions include leveraging the unique skills of supply chain professionals to enable responsible disaster relief, and building cross-sector collaborative relationships that support community resilience.
Ms. Fulton is a founding member of FEMA’s Supply Chain Analysis Network (SCAN) and a founding member of the Private Sector Emergency Management Association (PSEMA). Ms. Fulton was a member of the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine consensus committee on “Strengthening Post-Hurricane Supply Chain Resilience,” and has testified before the United States Senate Committee on the Budget on the costs of climate change on supply chains.
Preceding her work with ALAN, Kathy was Senior Manager of Information Technology Services at Saddle Creek Logistics Services where she led IT infrastructure implementation and support, corporate systems, and business continuity planning.
Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Northwestern State University of Louisiana and Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
Jennifer Hedrick
CAE, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Women In Trucking Association (WIT)
Jennifer Hedrick, CAE, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Women In Trucking Association (WIT). Her responsibilities are to work closely with WIT’s board of directors and staff to oversee initiatives that support WIT’s mission to encourage the employment of women in the trucking industry, promote their accomplishments and minimize obstacles faced by them.
Hedrick has 17 years of association leadership experience and is an accredited executive by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). For five years she led the National Industrial Transportation League (NIT League) focusing on issues across highway, rail and ocean freight transportation. In that role, she advocated on behalf of members to create efficiencies throughout the commercial freight transportation network.
In addition, she previously served as Vice President, Association Solutions, for MCI USA, where she served as Executive Director and Strategy Manager for several associations, providing full-scale management of operations, staff teams, and outside contractors. In these capacities, she also served as spokesperson for associations on Capitol Hill, before federal regulators, in trade and national press, and at conferences and other engagements.
Hedrick holds a Master of Arts degree from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science degree from Bridgewater College.

With over 15 years of dedicated experience in fleet fuel management and client service, Conor plays a pivotal role in the organization. Sokolis is committed to minimizing and overseeing clients’ fuel programs through meticulously tailored programs. Conor’s expertise lies in pinpointing avenues for potential savings for clients by enhancing fueling procedures, scrutinizing fuel reports, and conducting thorough audits of their fuel transactions. Glen Sokolis is the Founder and CEO of Sokolis, a nationwide fuel management and fuel consulting company. He has more than 30 years of experience in the energy sector and is an expert in fleet fuel (fuel cards, mobile fueling, bulk fuel, truck stops, retail fuel, etc.). He specializes in complex fuel issues, price negotiation, data-driven solutions to improve companies fuel programs. Over the decades, Glen has worked with over 40 Fortune 500 companies and Forbes Top 150 Private companies and their fuel program needs.
Glen founded Sokolis in 2003. Sokolis’ mission is to reduce and control their clients’ fuel spend by using fuel data analytics. Before founding Sokolis in 2003, he was a pioneer in the mobile fueling industry. he was a founder and chief operating officer of U.S. Fleet Services, a mobile fueling company that grew to over 550 employees, 300 trucks, and $500 million in annual revenue.
